Cancellation Policy

Cancellation availability depends on the order status and whether a seller has already packed, dispatched or otherwise committed the goods.

Before dispatch

Orders are generally easier to cancel before they are packed or dispatched. The exact rules are controlled by the marketplace configuration.

Once goods have shipped, cancellation may no longer be available and the return workflow may apply instead.

Any approved prepaid-order cancellation will be linked to the original payment and refund records.
